- lettuce or mixed greens
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbs salsa
- fajita seasoning
- seasonings
- optional: avocado
Steps:
- Slice chicken into small strips
- Add all seasonings
- cook chicken
- Add bell pepper to the pan
- leave on the stove until fully cooked
- To a bowl, add the lettuce
- Place the chicken with the vegetables on top
- Add Greek yogurt
- Add avocado and light cheese, optional
