Chicken fajita bowl

Ingredients:

  • one chicken breast
  • one bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • lettuce or mixed greens
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbs salsa
  • fajita seasoning
  • seasonings
  • optional: avocado

Steps:

  • Slice chicken into small strips
  • Add all seasonings
  • cook chicken
  • Add bell pepper to the pan
  • leave on the stove until fully cooked
  • To a bowl, add the lettuce
  • Place the chicken with the vegetables on top
  • Add Greek yogurt
  • Add avocado and light cheese, optional
