Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized eggplant
- 1 small potato
- 300 grams of minced meat
- 1 small onion ‘
- 1 cup of tomato sauce or crushed tomato
- 1 tbs of tomato paste
- salt
- pepper
- paprica
- onion and garlic powder
Steps:
- Cut eggplant into slices not very thin, then bake in the oven for 20 minutes until they become soft
- Cut the potato into thin slices and place it in the oven with the eggplant
- Cook the meat filling. To a pot, add one tbps of olive oil, add the onion and garlic, and cook until golden, then add the meat
- Make tomato sauce, add the crushed tomatoes/tomato sauce. Add 1 tbs of tomato paste, add seasonings to your liking, and cook for 10 min until the sauce thickens.
- Layer the moussaka. In a baking dish add a layer of eggplant , then layer of meat and then layer of tomato sause then layer of potato and repeat
